The Fair Credit Billing Act protects you from paying more than £50 in the event of your card being used fraudulently. If for some reason your bank does charge you, we will refund you the full amount up to £50.

To receive the refund you will need to be able to prove the card was used fraudulently to buy goods on our site, through no fault of your own, using our secure server.

If you notice someone has fraudulently used your card on this site, you must inform your credit card provider immediately.

Please Note: The Fair Credit Billing Act does not cover debit or cheque cards. Although we accept these forms of payment, we do recommend you use your credit cards for all online purchases.

Security

We have taken every precaution to safeguard the security of your personal details, by using the industry banking standard SSL encryption for collecting and transferring credit card information and other sensitive data. We also use a software platform known as aspx enabling only the last 4 digits of your credit card, Start Date and Expiry Date to be visible to Emotional Bliss. No other person will have access to your credit card information other than you and the HSBC Bank.

Currency

We accept payment in GB pounds (£) US ($) and Euros (€). On entering the Emotional Bliss Shop the currency will be clearly identified.
